Lisa Marie Presley Gives Birth to Twins!

ET confirms that Lisa Marie Presley and hubby Michael Lockwood welcomed twin baby girls on Tuesday, Oct. 7. The bundles of joy are the couple's first children together.

Lisa Marie gave birth by C-section at 2:46pm. The babies weighed 5 pounds, 15 ounces and 5 pounds, 2 ounces. The newborns and mom are happy and healthy and resting at home.

This August, ET broke the news that Lisa Marie, 40, and Michael, 47, were expecting twins. Earlier in March, when news of the pregnancy broke, Priscilla Presley told us she was "ecstatic" at the prospect of becoming a grandmother again.

As it turns out, twins run in the Presley family. Lisa Marie's legendary dad, Elvis, was a twin, and her mom Priscilla has younger brothers who are twins.

Lisa Marie also has two children with ex-husband Danny Keough. Lovely twins.

My niece Ayessa got talent!

Last week, Ayessa and her sister Via joined the Davao Dance Sport Competition. Ayessa won the second place. I enjoyed watching this. Hope you like it too.

"I used to take the bus from here to Burbank to go to work. When the bus was late, I would walk up and down and throw my cigarettes down. Now I have the honor of having this done to my star," Robbins joked Friday at the ceremony, says the Associated Press.

The 49-year-old actor was joined by his longtime partner (and 'Bull Durham' costar) Susan Sarandon, with whom he has two boys.

"I am so pleased to be a part of his life," Susan said.

Jack Black was also on hand to pay his respects to Robbins: "I literally looked up to him," Jack joked. "I actually became his stalker because I wanted to be part of his world." He is very good actor.

'Troopergate' Report: Sarah Palin 'Abused Her Power'

The official "Troopergate" report is in, and ET has your summary of the papers! In investigative findings bound to be a hot talking point on the news and political shows this weekend, the report finds that John McCain's VP choice Sarah Palin "abused her power," to an extent, as Alaska governor.

The report contends that Palin fired public safety commissioner, Walt Monegan, who had refused to fire Palin's ex brother-in-law Michael Wooten, a state trooper. Palin was determined to be abusing her power by breaking a statute that forbids the governor from "benefiting" a personal interest "through official action."

The papers specify that "although [Commissioner] Walt Monegan's refusal to fire Trooper Michael Wooten was not the sole reason he was fired by Sarah Palin, it was likely a contributing factor."

That said, the report notes that Palin's action was a "proper and lawful exercise" of her executive branch powers to hire and fire state personnel.

The McCain/Palin campaign's spokesperson Meg Stapleton responded with the following statement: "Today's report shows that the Governor acted within her proper and lawful authority in the reassignment of Walt Monegan. The report also illustrates what we've known all along: this was a partisan led inquiry run by [Democratic presidential nominee Barack] Obama supporters and the Palins were completely justified in their concern regarding Trooper Wooten given his violent and rogue behavior. Lacking evidence to support the original Monegan allegation, the Legislative Council seriously overreached, making a tortured argument to find fault without basis in law or fact. The Governor is looking forward to cooperating with the Personnel Board and continuing her conversation with the American people regarding the important issues facing the country."

Angelina Jolie: How Loving Brad Pitt Changed Me

An intimate and serene Angelina Jolie graces the cover of W magazine's November issue, breastfeeding one of her newborn twins and looking happier than ever in the provocative, compelling photo. In the issue, the star divulges similarly candid details about her world-famous family's personal lives -- discussing everything from how partner Brad Pitt changed her views about pregnancy to describing twins' Knox and Vivienne's budding personalities!

Bringing you straight into their home in southern France, her movie-star beau Brad took the shots of Angelina -- some of them goofy and light, others sexy and scintillating! One photo shows the beautiful humanitarian snuggling with son Pax and gazing at daughter Shiloh. In another, the hot mom strikes a pose in the devastatingly sexy way that only she can do.

In the interview, the 'Changeling' star praises Brad for inspiring changes in her -- most notably, influencing her decision to get pregnant, an idea she admits she resisted at first in favor of adoption.

The couple has three adopted children together: Maddox, Zahara and Pax. The couple's biological children are Shiloh and infant twins Knox and Vivienne.

After adopting, "[Brad] stopped talking about having other kids in the other way [by natural birth]. So I suppose in my heart I realized that he was happy with them as his children, completely. I knew he would never see them as different, and that gave me a certain peace. Then I suppose I just looked at him and loved him and just felt open to [getting pregnant]. I suddenly wanted to. It's one of those things you can't explain."

She describes newborn Knox as "very chill" and says he "loves music" like his dad, while Vivienne is a "studier" and "more demanding," Angelina tells W.

And as for her post-pregnancy body, Angelina tells W: "I'm with a man who's evolved enough to look at my body and see it as more beautiful because of the journey it has taken and what it has created. He genuinely sees it that way. So I genuinely feel sexier."

Of the $14 million fee that People and Hello! magazine paid her and Brad for the first pictures of their newborns, Angelina admits: "There's nothing to say other than it's bizarre. But we're happy that we have our hands on it to distribute it to people we think are worthy, rather than some paparazzi." The A-list couple donated the money to their charitable foundation.

Read the full interview with Angelina -- complete with intimate pics snapped by Brad at their home in southern France -- in the November issue of W.

Hospital Window

Two men, both seriously ill, occupied the same hospital room. One man was allowed to sit up in his bed for an hour each afternoon to help drain the fluid from his lungs. His bed was next to the room's only window.
the other man had to spend all his time flat on his back. The man talked for hours on end. They spoke of their wives and families, their homes, their jobs, their involvement in the military service, where where his world would be broadened and enlivened by all the activity and color of the world outside.
The window overlooked a park with a lovely lake. Ducks and swans played on the water while children sailed their model boats. Young lovers walked arm in arm amidst flowers of every color of the rainbow. Grand old trees graced the landscape, and a fine view of the city skyline could be seen in the distance.
As the man by the window described all this in exquisite detail, the man on the other side of the room would close his eyes and imagine the picturesque scene.
One warm afternoon the man by the window described a parade passing by. Although the other man couldn't hear the band- he could see it in his mind's eye as the gentleman by the window portrayed it with descriptive words. Days and weeks passed.
One morning, the day nurse arrived to bring water for their baths only to find the lifeless body of the man by the window, who had died peacefully asleep. She was saddened and called the hospital attendants to their the body away. As soon as it seemed appropriate, the other man asked if he could be moved next to the window. The nurse was happy to make switch, and after making sure he was comfortable, she left him alone.
Slowly, painfully, he propped himself up on one elbow to take his first look at the world outside. Finally, he would have joy of seeing it for himself.
He strained to slowly turn to look out the window beside the bed. It faced a blank wall. The man ask the nurse what could have compelled his deceased roommate who had described such wonderful things outside this window. The nurse responded that the man was blind and could not even see the wall.
She said, "Perhaps he just wanted to encourage you."

Obama Camp to Air Special on CBS, NBC

Barack Obama's campaign has purchased air time on both CBS and NBC in late October to air a special, and is in talks with ABC and Fox to do the same, Variety reports.

The Democratic nominee for president's special program will air for 30 minutes at 8 p.m. on October 29 on the networks. Nothing has been finalized with ABC, and Fox may not be able to air it due to possible World Series conflicts.

According to U.S. campaign rules, the networks would have to offer equal air time to Republican presidential nominee John McCain for the same price, the trade notes. CBS told Variety, "We will, of course, make an equivalent opportunity available to Senator McCain and other legally qualified candidates upon request."

Ryan Reynolds' 'Running Joke' for Parkinson's

Newlywed Ryan Reynolds isn't just sitting around enjoying married life with bride Scarlett Johansson -- he's waking up at the crack of dawn to fulfill a momentous challenge -- running the New York marathon!

In a new essay for the Huffington Post, Ryan writes that he's not naturally inclined to run a marathon: "I am not a runner. I'm a running joke." In fact, a few years back he watched the finish of the New York marathon from a comfy vantage point near restaurant Tavern on the Green, and remembers: "People were crying. People were limping, hobbling, screaming, crawling. But most importantly, people were experiencing a sublime rapture that I couldn't even hope to understand."

But that didn't convince him, "At that moment, with all the energy, inspiration and passion swirling through the crisp, autumnal air, I breathed in deeply and decided something: I'd never f***ing do that ever, ever."

So what changed his mind? Ryan gets serious and writes that his dad, Jim, suffers from Parkinson's disease. In a conversation with Parkinson's sufferer Michael J. Fox, Ryan recounts, "In a moment of extremely poor judgment, I offered to do something big for him -- I offered to compete in the New York City Marathon. Which was, well … dumb."

Ryan, who promises to "sob uncontrollably" during the race, says that no contribution is too small (or too large) so if you'd like to help the fight against Parkinson's, you can contribute on his donation web page at Michael J. Fox's Team Fox for Parkinson's Research site.

Angelina Jolie: I'm Very Happy, Lucky

Angelina Jolie is exploring more of her feelings on motherhood in a new article with Parade magazine.

"I'm just a mom and I'm very grounded by my family. I'm very happy, and I'm so lucky," she tells Parade.

In the upcoming film, 'Changeling,' the mom of six young children plays a woman whose son is kidnapped. When the police return "her son" to her, she realizes that the boy isn't her child at all.

"It if wasn't real, everybody would just say it's too far fetched to be true," Angelina says on the shocking plot twist, "But this is about an actual women who fought the system and found justice in the end, even at the risk of her own life."

Angelina says that her role as mom to Maddox, 7, Pax, 4, Zahara, 3, Shiloh, 2, and twins Vivienne and Knox, almost 3 months, helped her prepare for the role: "As a mother, it was harder for me imagining that someone was abusing my child while they were wondering why mommy wasn't coming to save them. As a mother, that's just the worst possible scenario. So this film was very, very painful."

Angelina even talks about her relationships with Parade, saying she is still "good friends" with ex-husbands Jonny Lee Miller and Billy Bob Thornton, and honestly helps her in her relationship with partner Brad Pitt: "I don't want to spend my life pretending to be somebody else, and I don't want the person next to me to have to pretend ever, because we have a long life ahead of us."

Beyonce Dishes on Her Super-Secret Wedding

In an all-new interview with Essence magazine, ultra-private songbird Beyonce Knowles is finally giving her fans a teeny bit of insight into her nuptials with hubby Jay-Z.

Of tying the knot, she tells the mag that she and Jay-Z, who've been together for six years, "always knew it would happen." Beyonce and Jay-Z kept their April 4 wedding in NYC small, and the superstar told Essence she didn't want or need a big wedding because, "It's been my day so many days already." Another tradition she eschewed was an engagement ring, telling Essence, "People put too much emphasis on that. It's just material and it's just silly to me."

She does wear a wedding band, she says, and she and Jay-Z both go the roman numeral IV tattoed on their ring fingers since they were both born on the 4th of the month, and they got married on the 4th.

Beyonce also talked about her desire to keep her private life private: "I feel that, especially now, with the internet and paparazzi and camera phones, it's so difficult to maintain mystery. And that's so important."

You can read more about Beyonce and Jay-Z's wedding, as well as her upcoming album (to be released November 18) and her new film, 'Cadillac Records' (in theaters December 5), in the November issue of Essence, which will hit newsstands on October 12.
