Palabok is one of my favorite merienda. The ingredients is so easy. You'll need.
  • Bihon
  • Boiled Egg
  • Fried Pork cut into cubes
  • Onion Strings
  • Sauce
  • Pepper and Patis to taste
All you have to do is boiled the Bihon and when it's soft. Remove from the Pan and place it on the place. Put the sauce, friend pork and egg. Then onion string pepper and patis. Served hot. Yummy!
