Everyday, I'm dealing with customers because I manage our sari- sari store business. There are several attitudes of customers. Some customers are polite which I really like. Some are rude. And some are fool. I don't have any choice but to have patience with them, it's my job. But sometimes, customers should bear in their minds that we sellers are also human. We have feelings. For an instance, I have to close my store because it's very late a t night but there this one customer who is drunk and wants to credit. I decline his request. He shouted me.
