Courteney Cox on Botox: 'I hated it'

Courteney Cox admits to hating a Botox treatment! "I went to this doctor once and he was like, 'Oh, let me do it just here and here and here.' And I was miserable."

The 44-year-old actress tells Marie Claire that she has a love-hate relationship with the procedure. "Botox? I think it's fantastic and also horrible." She explains, "I mean, I'm an actor, I've got to be able to move my face. When people start messing with their foreheads and can't lift their eyebrow, that's weird. It's not that I haven't tried Botox- but I hated it."

She continues, "I mean, they've come up with this stuff that can make you not look angry. But you have to use it sparingly."

Joe Jonas and Taylor Swift are calling it quits, according to a report.

The country star and the Jonas Brothers singer have broken up after dating for several months, a source tells Us Weekly. He allegedly broke up with her over the phone.

Taylor, 18, and Joe, 19, never confirmed their relationship to the public. Taylor told reporters at the MTV Video Music Awards, "[Joe] is an amazing guy and anyone would be lucky to be dating him."

'James Bond' Star admits to Plastic Surgery

Actor Daniel Craig says he underwent cosmetic surgery on his face after being injured on the set of the latest 'James Bond' movie, 'Quantum of Solace.'

"It's a stupid inconvenience because we had to stop filming. But they gave me an excellent plastic surgeon," Craig says.

The Bond actor revealed he had eight stitches in his face after being accidentally kicked by an actor on set, Associated Foreign Press reports.

The former "American Idol" contestant tells People that she battled depression and suffered severe side-effects to anti-depressants after struggling with family problems and an emotional breakup with hockey player Jordin Tootoo.

"Everything in my professional life seemed great," she says. "But in my personal life, I was just crumbling."

She reveals that taking anti-depressants made her "crazy," and her reactions to the medication led to her eventually stop taking them.

Anne Hathaway is Headed to Wonderland!

'Rachel Getting Married' actress Anne Hathaway has signed on to play the White Queen in 'Alice in Wonderland.'

The Hollywood Reporter says Anne will appear in the upcoming Disney film, which is set to be directed by Tim Burton.

The movie is based on the classic Lewis Carroll story, and will be made using a combination of live action shots and performance-capture technology, says the paper.

Johnny Depp will star in the film as the Mad Hatter, and Mia Wasikowska will play Alice.

'Alice in Wonderland' is scheduled for release in March 2010.

HBO Picks Up 'Entourage' For a Sixth Season

Fresh on the heels of its fifth season premiere last month, HBO's hit show "Entourage" has been picked up for a sixth season of more laughs and drama with the Hollywood gang of buddies.

The new season will begin production early next year, says Variety. And the entire Entourage is on the list!

One can only wonder what sticky situations Vincent Chase, Johnny "Drama" Chase, Eric Murphy, Turtle, and the feisty Ari Gold will find themselves in during the new season.

"Entourage" stars Adrian Grenier, Kevin Connelly, Kevin Dillon, Jerry Ferrara, and Jeremy Piven -- who recently won his third acting Emmy Award for his role as Ari on the show.

David Duchovny Out of Sex Rehab

"Californication" star David Duchovny has checked out of a rehabilitation center for sex addiction, according to his lawyer, Stanton "Larry" Stein.

"David has successfully completed his rehabilitation," Stein said in a statement Monday. "He is out of rehab and will be starting a movie soon."

It was two months ago in August that ET confirmed that the former "X-Files" star had voluntarily entered a rehab facility for sex addiction, with David asking for "respect and privacy for my wife and children as we deal with this situation as a family."

Just yesterday, the 48-year-old father of two was spotted arm-in-arm with his wife Tea Leoni at the Czech Festival in New York City.

Misty May-Treanor Injured and Out of Show

The pressure is mounting and the drama just keeps coming on ABC's "Dancing with the Stars"! Week three found only nine contestants competing after Olympic volleyball champ Misty May-Treanor suffered a dramatic injury to her Achilles tendon, forcing her to drop out of the competition.

Coming out on crutches and bandages at the end of the show, Misty explained that she "heard a pop during the Lindy Hop" during her Friday rehearsal. "I felt like I got hit in the back with a baseball bat," she said, adding, "I ruptured my Achilles tendon." However, Misty ensured, "I am out, but I am not out for cheering the competitors." The athlete said she is going into surgery tomorrow and will be on the sidelines for some time.

The All-American Jive and the traditional Viennese Waltz were the dances du jour, and while some stars nailed their dances, others still found themselves finding their feet in the competition.

Wearing an ace bandage due to an ankle injury, Susan Lucci danced the jive with partner Tony Dovolani, but the judges, while acknowledging her injury, were disappointed with the soap queen's lack of confidence. "You seemed a bit timid," said judge Carrie Anne Inaba. "I want to see you much more courageous and a little more confident." She gave the couple a 7. "You looked a little unsteady with the steps," agreed Bruno Tonioli, "but I think you're going the right way." Another 7. "I think you have a kept a constant stand throughout," said Len Goodman. "You have done a very good job." Yet another 7, for a total of 21.

Lance Bass and Lacey Schwimmer broke out of the gate with the Viennese Waltz. Len has been tough on the former *NSYNC performer, and this week was no different: "Flat-footed, posture was poor," were his first comments off the bat; still, he noticed improvement and offered up a 7. "It lacked the freedom you usually have," said Bruno. "I'd like to see the sparkle you two had last week." He gave another 7. But Carrie proclaimed, "I thought it was fantastic; great moves," and gave the couple an 8, for a total of 22.

Star sprinter Maurice Greene and Cheryl Burke danced the jive and received their best score by far in their first dance of the night: 24. "You're kind of like a wild, untamed beast," said Carrie. "It's nice to see you as a contender." "Great choreography; I thought that was your best dance," offered Len. And Bruno said, "You can rock when you want to. Well done." All three judges delivered a score of 8.

Chef Rocco DiSpirito and Karina Smirnoff danced their waltz to the strains of "What's New Pussycat," putting Len in the spirit as well. "Overall I thought it was a pretty good job," he said: a score of 7. "I think you are the most improved of all the dancers," said Carrie Anne with a 7. But Bruno was not pleased, calling their effort "a bit of a lump of mashed potatoes" and adding, "You've got to break out of the bad habits." He gave them a 6 for a total score of 20.

Superbowl champ Warren Sapp and Kym Johnson glided on the dance floor with their waltz, and the judges swooned: "I think I have a crush on you. I was blown away," said Carrie Anne. "Big, smooth and beautiful. You just get it," said Bruno. While Len said, "I thought this dance [would be] your stumbling block, but you're giving those skinny people [a run for their money]." With scores of 9, 8 and 8 for a total of 25, they earned their best score yet.

"Hannah Montana" star Cody Linley and Julianne Hough shucked with the jive, but while they started off strong, the judges agreed that they had a weak finish. Len said it "got repetitious" and gave a 7. Carrie Anne said their "energy was high," but was a bit put off by Cody's step-counting and gave them a 7. Bruno admonished, "You've got the talent -- use it." With another 7, the pair earned a respectable 21.

Grammy winner Toni Braxton and pro partner Alec Mazo rocked the Viennese Waltz with heavy period costumes -- and electric guitar. But their gambit failed to pay off with two of the judges. "This I didn't enjoy much," said a cranky Len. "You don't need gimmicks and things; you're a good dancer." He gave them a 7. "You don't need to overproduce," agreed Bruno. "You've got it all; just show it." Another 7. But Carrie Anne liked it, and responded, "I got it. It becomes a matter of taste when you go this far," reminding the audience that they tapped into the scandal of the original Viennese Waltz. She served up an 8, for a total score of 22.

Oscar winner Cloris Leachman and Corky Ballas injected some silly energy into the evening when they got extremely goofy with the jive -- to huge applause. "To call this wacky would be the understatement of the year," said Bruno. "It is beyond comprehension. That's all I have to say." Carrie agreed: "I definitely asked for Crazy Cloris, and [that's what I got]. They were completely off their rockers. What you lacked in technique you made up in charisma." Len pointed out that they actually got some of the steps in their crazy routine before Cloris' removed wig took center stage. Crazy! Not surprising, the smiling couple earned a low score of 16.

Despite a few behind-the-scenes fireworks, Brooke Burke and Derek Hough have scored highest with the judges so far, and tonight was no different. Dancing the Viennese Waltz to the soothing strains of John Mayer's "Daughters," the couple effortlessly performed on the dance floor, ending with a kiss from Brooke for her own daughter in the audience. "You are quickly becoming my favorite dancer," said Carrie Anne. "It's a pleasure to watch you." Len enthused, "Simply the best dance of this season so far." And Bruno raved, "Dazzlingly beautiful. It just comes out of your body in such a natural way. Beautiful choreography." Brooke and Derek earned the first 10 of the season -- from Len, no less -- and with a 9 from the other judges, 28 was the score to beat for the night.

Jimmy Kimmel to Return as AMA Host

Funnyman Jimmy Kimmel is slated to host the American Music Awards once again.

This year's awards show will take place Nov. 23 in Los Angeles, and air live on ABC.

While he's no stranger to hosting, Kimmel's return will offer a whole new crop of jokes to spice up the show. The comedian has hosted the AMAs four times before.

The Jonas Brothers and Pink are scheduled to perform during the live show as well.

Orly Adelson, president of Dick Clark Productions, told the AP that Jimmy is a "masterful host with incredible spontaneity and wit; audiences can expect a great night."

"I agree with Orly completely," Kimmel playfully responded.

David Spade Checks up on Ex-Girlfriend Heather Locklear

David Spade speaks out about the arrest of Heather Locklear saying, "I think things get blown out a lot of proportion."

Spade said he texted Locklear to check up on her after her arrest on suspicion of driving under the influence, reports People magazine.

"She's always solid and always a great person. And I think people understand she's in a tough situation and she does her best."

Spade says when it comes to Locklear, "I think there's no one that doesn't feel for her or have nice things to say about her in my experience."

Box Office: 'Chihuahua' Knocks 'Eagle' Out of No. 1

Walt Disney's canine comedy 'Beverly Hills Chihuahua' took the No. 1 spot at the U.S. box office with an estimated $29 million, pushing Shia LaBeouf's 'Eagle Eye' to the second spot, studio estimates showed.

The film about a ritzy Beverly Hills Chihuahua who finds herself lost while on vacation in Mexico and seeks help to return home stars Drew Barrymore, Jamie Lee Curtis, Andy Garcia and George Lopez.

The Paramount-Dreamworks collaboration 'Eagle Eye,' starring Michelle Monaghan and Billy Bob Thornton, took in an estimated $17.7 million for the weekend and has made $54.6 million overall. The movie is the story of two strangers thrown together by a mysterious phone call from a woman they have never met.

Debuting at No. 3 with an estimated $12 million was 'Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist,' a dramedy by Sony's Screen Gems about about two people thrust together for one hilarious, sleepless night of adventure in a world of mix tapes, late-night living, and live, loud music. The film stars Michael Cera and Kat Dennings.

Taking the fourth spot, with $7.4 million, was Warner Bros' 'Nights in Rodanthe,' starring Richard Gere as a doctor who travels to see his estranged son and ends up beginning a life-changing romance with an unhappily married woman (Diane Lane) at a North Carolina inn.

Michael Douglas to Receive AFI's Highest Honor

Following in the footsteps of his famous father, Michael Douglas is the next film star set to be presented with the Life Achievement Award by the American Film Institute.

The award will be presented to Michael in Los Angeles on June 11, says Variety.

Michael's father, Kirk Douglas, received the award in 1991.

"I am honored and overwhelmed to be included in such a prestigious group of filmmakers. I am particularly moved to be following my father 18 years later," Michael told Variety.

"Michael Douglas is the rightful heir to the throne of the royal family of American film," said Howard Stringer, chair of the AFI board. "Though he is most beloved as one of the great leading men of the movies, Michael is also a most accomplished film producer and, ultimately, an artist whose films have been elevated in the pantheon of American film."

Michael won an Academy Award for acting in 'Wall Street,' and was a producer of the multiple Oscar-winning 'One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest.'

The acting powerhouse's next film project, 'Beyond a Reasonable Doubt,' is set for release in 2009.

Anne Hathaway Jokes About Ex's Troubles on 'SNL'

Anne Hathaway, who just recently began addressing her ex boyfriend's legal troubles, dealt with the issue head-on last night by making jokes about the situation while hosting "Saturday Night Live."

In her opening monologue, Hathaway joked that during the summer, "I broke up with my boyfriend... and two weeks later he was sent to prison for fraud."

The star of the just released 'Rachel Getting Married' again got big laughs by adding, "I mean, we've all been there, right ladies?"

Hathaway, 25, continued by stating that the "experience made me feel pretty gullible, and I was ready to swear off dating, but then I found an amazing new guy." She explains that the new guy is a Nigerian prince who just happened to send her an e-mail and ask for her social security number.

"How sweet is that?" she said, adding that for their one-month anniversary gift, she sent him a CD and $100,000. "I feel pretty good about us," she joked.

Last month, Hathaway's ex Raffaello Follieri plead guilty to one count of conspiring to commit wire fraud, eight counts of wire fraud and five counts of money laundering in connection with an alleged fraudulent real estate investment scheme.

Janet Jackson Postpones 3 More Shows Due to Illness

Janet Jackson has delayed three more shows because of an undisclosed illness, the Associated Press reports.

Jackson postponed a scheduled concert on Saturday in Greensboro, NC, as well as one Sunday in Atlanta and a third Tuesday in Fort Lauderdale, her publicist said in an e-mail to the news agency late Saturday.

A statement from the 42-year-old singer said she arrived in Greensboro hoping to perform on Saturday, but a local doctor recommended that she not take the stage after it became "evident" she was not fully recovered, AP said.

A rep said last week that Jackson became "suddenly ill" and was hospitalized Monday night in Montreal shortly before a scheduled show. She also canceled concerts in Boston and Philadelphia on Wednesday and Thursday.

Jackson's publicist did not elaborate on her condition on Saturday, saying only that the singer was still "recuperating."

I called two bystander to help us out.
I didn't say a word to Him. Why there are people like that? You're intention is to help them out or should I say in good faith. Why money is always matter when helping others. I'm sorry I have this reaction it annoys me when I remember what he told me.

Sharon Stone is hitting back at court documents that claim she wanted her son to receive Botox treatments for his "foot odor."

"This week it was reported in connection with Sharon Stone's custody dispute that she wanted to have her young 8 year-old son undergo Botox treatment at this time for his feet. Sharon Stone never made this statement. It is a complete fabrication," her attorney Martin Singer tells ET.

"Sharon loves her son Roan and only wants the best for him," Singer added.

Nicky Hilton Says DJ AM Is 'Doing Really Well'

Nicky Hilton says her friend DJ AM is recovering well from the plane crash that left him critically injured less than two weeks ago, Us magazine reports.

"I think considering the circumstances, he is doing really well," a teary-eyed Hilton said Wednesday at an event in Beverly Hills for the housing advocacy organization Habitat for Humanity.

Commenting on his appearance, the 24-year-old heiress said that despite undergoing treatment for second and third degree burns, "he looks just fine."

"I think he has so many friends and family that have kept him going through this," Hilton told Us of DJ AM, whose real name is Adam Goldstein. "It is just a horrible, horrible situation. He has so many people that love him."

The Learjet crash on September 20 claimed the lives of four people and also critically injured rocker Travis Barker.

On Monday, DJ AM ventured out to attend a tribute to his friend Chris Baker, one of the passengers who died in the crash.

Jessica Alba's Muzzled Plea

A muzzled, teary-eyed, and jaw-bound Jessica Alba appears in a provocative and compelling new ad campaign encouraging young adults to get active in the upcoming presidential election.

The striking ad is for "Declare Yourself," a non-partisan, non-profit national voting initiative aimed to get young voters to register and vote in the 2008 presidential race. The ad bears the slogan: "Only You Can Silence Yourself."

Rosie O'Donnell to Host Variety Special

Rosie O'Donnell has a new variety special set to air live from NYC the night before Thanksgiving, and it's said to be full of surprises!

Variety says that "Rosie's Variety Show" will run for an hour and feature celeb guests, musical performances, comedy bits and a contest for audiences in the studio and at home.

And most tantalizing of all, the trade paper speculates that the variety show could become a "regular TV gig" for the comedienne, who proved a sensation on ABC's "The View" and once hosted her own talk show, "The Rosie O'Donnell Show."

SAG Seeking Authorization to Vote on Strike

Film and TV actors raised the stakes while negotiating with Hollywood's major studios Wednesday, by prompting negotiators to seek backing for a vote by guild members for a potential strike.

The vote request came after labor talks were stalled between negotiators and producers, says Reuters. Screen Actors Guild negotiators passed the resolution looking to get an OK from SAG's national board to conduct a vote about a potential work stoppage. SAG is the largest union for U.S. actors, with about 120,000 members.

SAG released the committee's passed resolution late Wednesday, but said it would not comment further on it.

The Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers, which represents the film studios, released this statement to ET:

"Is this really the time for anyone associated with the entertainment business to be talking about going on strike? Not only is the business suffering from recent economic conditions, but if ever there was a time when Americans wanted the diversions of movies and television, it is now. The DGA, WGA and AFTRA reached agreement on comparable terms months ago, during far better economic times, and it is unrealistic for SAG negotiators now to expect even better terms during this grim financial climate. This is the harsh economic reality, and no strike will change that reality."

SAG said the vote authorization was "necessary to overcome the employers' intransigence," Reuters reports.

Although a strike authorization vote would not determine a work halt, it could give the unions an edge in the negotiations.

The labor talks come on the heels of the Writers Guild of America strike that significantly impacted the entertainment industry in 2007-2008, and which also cost the economy an estimated $3 billion, says Reuters.

Scorsese and De Niro to Reuinite for New Mob Film

'Raging Bull.' 'Goodfellas.' 'Casino.' Their mob movie team-ups are classics, and now, Robert De Niro and director Martin Scorsese are on the verge of reuniting for a new gangster flick.

Variety says Scorsese is attached to direct an adaptation of the book 'I Heard You Paint Houses,' which will find Bobby D. playing Frank "the Irishman" Sheeran, a mob hit man who supposedly murdered 25 people and is thought by many to have played some role in the death of Jimmy Hoffa.

Scorsese recently completed directing Leonardo DiCaprio in the thriller 'Shutter Island,' while DeNiro is currently buddied up with Al Pacino in 'Righteous Kill.'

'Fringe' Gets Picked up for Rest of Season

Fans of new FOX thriller "Fringe" can rest easy -- the network has picked up the show through the end of the 2008-2009 season, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

The trade reports that the show is the top-rated new show this season amongst adults 18-49.

Love and marriage is alive in TV land. "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia" co-stars Kaitlin Olson and Rob McElhenney have tied the knot.

OK! magazine reports that the couple enjoyed an "intimate" wedding in Malibu after two years of dating. McElhenney created, exec produces and stars on the irreverent FX sitcom as "Mac," while Olson plays "Sweet Dee."

And they're not even the first couple from the show to get hitched -- cast-mates Charlie Day and Mary Elizabeth Ellis wed in 2006, says the mag.

Sarah Jessica Parker and Caroline Kennedy Team Up for Schools

Sarah Jessica Parker and Caroline Kennedy appeared together Wednesday afternoon for the kickoff of the "Shop for Public Schools" fundraiser that will benefit New York City area schools.

At Wednesday's event, Sarah Jessica commented that the ongoing event is "a great opportunity for all New Yorkers to get involved," according to the Associated Press.

"Shop for Public Schools," which began in 2004, started when a collection of retailers approached Kennedy, who is the vice-chair of The Fund for Public Schools, asking how they could help. The Fund for Public Schools has raised over $230 million for New York public schools since its inception in 2002.

What do Marilyn Monroe, Marlene Dietrich and Julia Roberts all have in common -- aside from famously good looks and acting talent, that is? All three women are among the featured subjects in The Allure of Beauty: Women in Hollywood, a new book paying homage to legendary ladies of the silver screen.

The book, due out this October, was created jointly by celebrated jeweler Roberto Coin and ELLE magazine. Each page is filled with iconic images of past and present "Women In Hollywood" honorees, as well as other unforgettable female talent.

Both Coin and ELLE group publishing director Carol Smith contributed forwards to the glam collection. And ELLE continues the celebration of women in film for their November issue, hitting newsstands Oct. 14 and featuring stars such as Jane Fonda, Nicole Kidman and Halle Berry.

essica Biel: Bridesmaid for '7th Heaven' Wedding

The "7th Heaven" ladies reunited for an Italian wedding. Beverley Mitchell, who played Lucy Cameron on the show, married Michael Cameron and her television co-star Jessica Biel was one of her bridesmaids!

The couple wed in Ravello, Italy. Among the 100 guests were Biel and her boyfriend Justin Timberlake, along with Mitchell's other "7th Heaven" co-star Mackenzie Rosman, People magazine reports.

Mitchell and Cameron were engaged on New Year's Eve 2005 in Colorado. Cameron proposed with a 3.5-carat yellow diamond ring by designer Louis Glick.

Tom Cruise: Remembering Newman

Tom Cruise gives a heartfelt goodbye to his Paul Newman in the new issue of People magazine, penning a personal essay about his late friend.

The new issue, on stands Friday, features pictures of the two superstars and Tom's letter of love about the man who taught him about life.

"He was bigger than life to me," Tom writes. "But he always had a way of putting us all at ease"

The two met when Tom auditioned for a part in a movie Paul was directing.

Tom didn't get the part, but Paul remembered him and two years later they teamed up in 'The Color Of Money.'

It launched a friendship that would last a quarter of a century. Tom says "he called me cruiser or sometimes kid. We would grab time to hang out whenever we could find it."

Tom closes by saying "his life will forever inspire me. The world has lost an icon; I have lost an idol."

Box office draw Angelina Jolie has teamed up with fellow Oscar winner Clint Eastwood for the upcoming film 'Changeling,' and we have a look inside the gripping drama.

Eastwood directs Angelina, who plays a young mother in 1928 Los Angeles whose son suddenly disappears. But soon her son is found by the LAPD -- or so it's thought.

'Changeling' hits theaters October 24.

If Kevin Costner Sings It, They Will Come

Kevin Costner doesn't just make movies about baseball, he writes songs about it too!

The actor recently penned a new song called "It's All Up To You" as a salute to the 2008 American League East Division champion Rays.

His band, Modern West, recorded the song just last week in honor of the young squad.

"I ran into Joe up in Toronto [earlier this season]," Costner told MLB.com. "And said you guys need a war song ... something you can play in the locker room after you win and get that group feeling."

"I felt in the back of my head this could work for them," he added. "Lyrically, we added some lines that metaphorically are where they are at."

The song is about overcoming adversity and contains snippets of the Rays radio highlights. It includes the chorus: You got to swing for the fence, give a hundred percent / Dust yourself off, get up and do it again / You're the only one that can make your dreams come true / You're the only one, it's all up to you.

Just yesterday, it was announced that Kevin and the band are set to release a country music album.

Leonardo DiCaprio is ready for Marriage and Kids!

Leonardo DiCaprio blames his youth for his cynical remarks toward love and marriage. When asked about comments made against the institution of marriage and "never being in love," Leo told Parade magazine, "It sounds like the ignorance of youth to me. When did I say that? Three or four years ago? Hey, we grow up real fast."

Now, the 'Body of Lies' star says he's ready for matrimony and even some kids of his own!

"Just last night I was thinking to myself how little of my life has been lived normally and not spent on some far-off movie location. I want to get married and have children."

Leo follows this up with, "In saying that, I realize I am contradicting everything I've said before. I absolutely believe in marriage."

Sienna Miller Sues UK Tab, Wins Over $26,000

Sienna Miller has won over $26,000 in damages in a settlement over a paparazzi photo published in the Daily Star, the BBC reports.

The actress took action over photos snapped in Los Angeles, which the 26-year-old said violated her privacy.

Published in early September, the photo shows Sienna trying to cover her face and evade over a dozen paps inside the lobby of an L.A. building while waiting for an elevator. Video taken reportedly shows that she is close to tears during the mob scene.

In addition to the out-of -court settlement, the Daily Star printed an apology, saying it accepted that she was "extremely harassed and distressed by persistent pursuit and intimidating tactics" adopted by the paparazzi.

"We apologize to Sienna for publishing this photograph," the paper added.

It's a rock history first! Billy and the Boss together in concert -- all to benefit Barack Obama's presidential campaign.

The epic team-up is set for Oct. 16 at NYC's Hammerstein Ballroom, and Obama will be there rocking out to Joel and Springsteen's endless hits with the rest of the crowd, says the Associated Press.

Which begs the question: How much does it cost to see this legendary pairing? According to the AP, tickets run between $500 and $10,000. Pricey, but then, it's perhaps the only chance you'll ever get to play air guitar to "Big Shot" and "Born in the USA" live on the same night.

Springsteen is also slated to perform this Saturday at an Obama rally in Philadelphia.

Hilary Swank Set to Fight Justice System in New Role

She's played her share of tough-gal film roles with critical acclaim, and now Hilary Swank will take on the justice system in her latest role in 'Betty Anne Waters,' says Variety.

Based on a true story, the film follows the life of a single mother and high school dropout who waits tables and struggles to eventually become a lawyer -- all with the ultimate goal to free her brother from prison after he was wrongfully convicted of murder, says the paper.

The Academy Award winning actress will play the title role in the film, which will be directed by Tony Goldwyn.

"There is a spirit of indomitability that Hilary brings that is a strong match for this character's fierce commitment," Goldwyn tells Variety.

Swank's next film project, 'Amelia,' will be released in October 2009.

Jack Black Teams Up With 'Panda' Writers for New Film

After bringing you the wildly successful 'Kung Fu Panda,' Jack Black and the 'Panda' writers are gearing up to make movie magic again!

The hit-making collaboration, which includes writers Jonathan Aibel and Glenn Berger, is set to work on an action comedy starring Black, who will play an American who washes up on the shores of Cuba without a clue about his identity or why he is there, says the Hollywood Reporter.

It wouldn't quite be a comedy without a ridiculous misunderstanding. In this case, Black's character will mistakenly think he is a superspy, says the paper.

The project, which was picked up by Universal, is still untitled.

To date, 'Kung Fu Panda' has grossed a whopping $215 million domestically and $405 million internationally.

Mega-recording artist Justin Timberlake has just announced the power-packed line up of stars who will join him on stage for the Justin Timberlake and Friends event benefitting the Shriners Hospitals for Children. And he delivers an all-star line-up!

She may be out of the hospital, but Janet Jackson's recovery from an unknown illness is forcing her to postpone two dates on her "Rock Witchu" tour.

Janet's concerts in Boston (Oct. 1) and Philadelphia (Oct. 2) will be rescheduled, the star's rep tells ET. The tour will resume in Greensboro, NC, this Saturday, Oct. 4.

On Monday, the 42-year-old singer suddenly fell ill before a scheduled concert in Montreal and was rushed to a hospital earlier in the day during a soundcheck. Info on the rescheduled concert dates will be released as soon as possible.

Usher got intimate at Paris' Fashion Week! The hip-hop artist was seen at the Marlies Dekkers' runway show Sunday night getting some inspiration for his own lingerie line.

"You may have heard that I might be launching a lingerie line for men and woman," he told Women Wear Daily. "Comfort and intimacy is very important."

Janet Jackson Released from Montreal Hospital

ET confirms that Janet Jackson has been released from the Royal Victoria Hospital in Montreal.

Rebecca Burns of the medical center tells ET that Janet was taken to the hospital last night and was discharged after two hours.

The 42-year-old superstar suddenly fell ill before a scheduled concert and was rushed to a hospital earlier in the day during a soundcheck, according to her rep.

There is no information given about what caused Janet to become so suddenly ill. Janet is currently on a North American tour entitled "Rock Witchu," her first tour in nearly seven years.
