Jada Pinkett Smith: Stricter Parent than Will?

So, who's the stricter parent: Will Smith or wife Jada Pinkett Smith? Jada reveals the answer in a new interview.

Jada admits to People magazine that she's slightly more the disciplinarian when it comes to supervising kids Trey, Jaden and Willow.

"He's so lenient on that stuff," Jada tells People magazine of Will. "Daddy tends to [say], 'Yeah! Have chocolate cake for dinner! It's all right with me.' I'll come home and it's just, 'Has anyone had lunch?' 'Yeah, I had some Frosted Flakes!'"

Jada added to the mag last month: "We're not strict but we definitely believe it's a very important component for rearing children. It creates safety for them. They understand that they need guidance."

She'll have plenty of guiding to do in her upcoming TNT drama pilot, "Time Heals," which finds Jada exec producing and starring as a single mother juggling her parental responsibilities with a demanding job -- director of a North Carolina nursing hospital.
