Country music artist Mindy McCready will voluntarily return to jail on Tuesday to serve 60 days in a Tennessee jail.
She is returning after a violation of her probation, People magazine reports.
The country singer, 32, was arrested for violating her probation for prescription drug fraud in June.
McCready said in the statement: "I would like to thank my fans for their unwavering support as I continue to work on my recovery and to regain custody of my precious son, Zander."
