The Gossip Girls are living up to the chatter with record ratings.
Nearly 3.4 million viewers tuned in for the season premiere of "Gossip Girl" last night, beating last season's finale of 3 million and last season's average of 2.5 million.
"Gossip Girl" scored the demographic jackpot, hitting a series high of women viewers aged 18 to 34 in key cities such as New York, Los Angeles and Chicago.
