ET has confirmed that Oprah Winfrey is in discussions with Tina Fey and the other producers of "30 Rock" to make a guest appearance as herself on the Emmy Award-winning NBC comedy.
The talk-show queen's possible appearance comes on the heels of the announcement that Jennifer Aniston would be returning to NBC to play a stalker on the show.
Oprah's previous high-profile sitcom appearance was as the therapist on "Ellen."
"30 Rock," currently nominated for 17 Emmys, returns to NBC on Oct. 30 at 9:30 p.m.
